Initial Assessment
During this session, you will have an opportunity to share your journey with me. I will also ask a series of questions to ensure I have a full understanding of how I can best support you.
At the end of your initial assessment, you will walk away with realistic intentions/goals that are in line with your values, at least one realistic action you can take over the next week and determine what you will need in order to be successful.
During this session, we will also discuss recommendations for additional support sessions/exposure sessions.

Follow Up Sessions
During this session, we will spend time untangling and exploring your thoughts, feelings, and behaviors (relating to food/body) with compassion and curiosity.
At the end of your session, we will revisit intentions/goals (adjust them as needed), identify action steps, and determine what you will need in order to be successful.
